Romanian wild horses The second transport was successfully completed
On Saturday the 8th of October the remaining wild horses were brought back safely to the Danube Delta, Romania. At the end of May 46 wild horses were rounded up and kept illegally in an enclosure. They should have been brought to a slaughterhouse as locals wanted to make some easy money, and the horses apparently posed a threat to the highly protected Letea forest.
